Serge Maillet has 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry delivering next-generation wireless and wireline solutions across North America and Asia Pacific regions. He is the Service Delivery Manager for Motorola Solutions Australia responsible for the Minerals and Energy segment within Australia and New Caledonia.

Serge has been with Motorola Solutions Australia for 2 years where he started as a systems engineer and has worked with Motorola Solutions customers and channel partners within Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Northern Territory and New Caledonia. Serge is ITIL v3 certified and has a passion for IT service management philosophies and industry best-practices.
